The X3 Bunker is the latest addition to the crux range and their biggest tent. Like the smaller X2s, the main inner tent has an asymmetric geodesic design, but - unusually - is configured around five poles. The benefit of the fifth pole is to help create more vertical walls for greater space, a stronger roofline for improved snow-loading, and smaller wall panels for better inner-fly separation.
Like all crux tents, the X3 Bunker is made from the strongest fabrics available to ensure not only full weather protection, but long-term durability as well.
The X3 Bunker has two porches. The main front porch has two doors, one on each side. The rear porch has a single door. The X3 offers a perfect balance of space, strength and low weight.
- Extended, spacious front porch with a door on each side
- Rear porch with single entrance
- Strong asymmetric design
- Internal storage pockets
- Fourteen guy points (4 x 3-way attachment and 2 single)
- Two front and single rear vents in flysheet
